Wasatch Energy Management, LLC and its owners (WEM) have participated in or operated 100+ wells and formed multiple federal exploratory drilling units, working very closely with the State of Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), Texas General Land Office (GLO), Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and state regulatory agencies (Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining and the Texas Railroad Commission).

WEM has negotiated sales, purchases or joint ventures with industry leaders such as: Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:APC), Conoco Phillips, Chesapeake Energy (NYSE: CHK), Southwestern Energy Co. (NYSE:SWN), Fidelity Exploration and Production (NYSE:MDU), Clayton Williams Energy, Inc.
